Undergraduate Individual (Competitive) Award

The Howard L. Tutman, Jr. Undergraduate Service Award will be presented to one Undergraduate brother in the Eastern Province currently in good financial standing, may not be under investigation or affiliated with a chapter under investigation by the fraternity/university/ college, chaired or served on a committee in an exemplary capacity on any level of the fraternity, and/or may hold or have held an elected office/position on any level of the fraternity. The award, consisting of an appropriately inscribed plaque and certificate, will be funded by the Eastern Province of Kappa Alpha Psi and presented at the Province Council.
