My Membership Status

Below are examples of how to verify your membership status on the local, province, and national levels. If any part of your membership status is incorrect, contact your local chapter to correct your local and province status and reach out to IHQ to get help with your national status.

Local Help

If you need help with your chapter or province status, contact your chapter's Keeper of Records or Keeper of Exchequer. He will help you resolve your issue and contact the province on your behalf, if necessary.

National Help

Submit Chapter Roster

Before the Exchequer can submit a successful C6, the chapter must submit its chapter roster for 2023-2024.

In Good Standing

In this view, the brother is financial with his local chapter, the province, and on the national level for the current fiscal year of 2023-2024. As a result, this brother is in GOOD STANDING with the fraternity.

Not In Good Standing

In this view, the brother is nonfinancial with his local chapter, the province, and on the national level for the current fiscal year of 2023-2024. As a result, this brother is NOT IN GOOD STANDING with the fraternity.

Not In Good Standing

In this view, the brother is showing financial with his local chapter, but if you look closer, that status is for 2022-2023. What this means is that the chapter has not updated its chapter roster in Kappaorg. Although he is financially active at the national level, the province level cannot be updated until the local status is updated to the current fiscal year of 2023-2024. As a result, this brother is NOT IN GOOD STANDING with the fraternity.

Not In Good Standing

In this view, the brother's profile is incomplete and he needs to log in to Kappaorg to update it. The chapter can not add him to the roster until this is completed. As a result, this brother is NOT IN GOOD STANDING with the fraternity.

Chapter Invite

This view shows the Keeper of Records/Keeper of Exchequer how to invite a brother to the chapter in Kappaorg. The brother must accept the invite and create a profile before he can be added to the chapter's roster.

Member Not Registered

This recording walks you through the process of creating your Kappaorg profile. In some cases, a C6 would be returned because we were unable to see the Brother's membership status as a result of him not having a profile set up in Kappaorg. This will fix that. Once a Brother has created his Kappaorg account, then the Keeper of Records or Keeper of Exceqhuer can add to the chapter's roster.
