Eastern Province 2nd Vandy L. Miller Memorial Luncheon

The Charlottesville (VA) Alumni Chapter is proud to host the Second Annual Vandy Miller Memorial Luncheon. This event will focus on the esteem “Value of Senior Kappa’s” and enable the “Kream” of the Fraternity to gather in an environment promoting brotherhood and sustained achievement. Although this affair is organized to recognize Senior Kappa’s/50 Year Brothers, we welcome the presence of all financial members of the Eastern Province of Kappa Alpha Psi to attend this luncheon. The interactions that occur “Within the Bond” will produce memories to be cherished for years to come.

The date of the luncheon will be Wednesday, May 17, 2023, from 11:30 am until 3:30 pm at the Double Tree Hotel, 990 Hilton Heights Rd., Charlottesville, VA 22901. Since the meeting room seats 200 guests, this will be a first come first served event. Bothers who wish to book accommodation at the special rate of $159.00, contact the hotel at 1-434-973-2121 and tell them you are with (Kappa Alpha Psi).

The cost of the luncheon is $45.00 per alumni brother and $30.00 for undergraduate brothers from November 1, 2022, until March 1, 2023. From March 2, 2023, until April 3, 2023, the cost will become $55.00 per alumni brother and $35.00 per undergraduate brother.

Registration for the luncheon will end on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 12:01 am, and payments (with the Registration Form) are due from your Chapter’s Exchequer by April 3, 2023. Each Chapter’s Exchequer is to forward a single check to the Charlottesville (VA) Alumni Chapter Exchequer, Brother Kenneth Leatherwood, for receipt by Monday, April 3, 2023, at Charlottesville (VA) Alumni Chapter, P.O. Box 7162 Charlottesville, VA 22906. The other payment option is to submit an electronic payment through Zelle (919-805-8998).
